Our research is always motivated by a desire to apply findings as concretely as possible, typically in developing proposals for more efficient and effective policies and implementation measures for each project.
MANAGEMENT CONCEPT
Our management concept enables enterprise wide planning and resource allocation. Once initiatives are defined, budgets and resources can be allocated and timelines established. We provide comprehensive management and coordination of all project activities.
CONSULTING
Collecting performance data for projects with our clients, to ensure a detailed tender program is compiled and to satisfy the client wishes and desires, aligned with the project objectives. So, the consulting for a project comes as a natural implication that estimating the effort and costs.
DESIGN
The project supervisors use these designs to choose the definitive design that will be produced in the project. The thinking that goes on during the project design, however, doesn’t focus on details as much as it works on a higher level in terms of managing the project.
DEVELOPMENT
Potential suppliers or subcontractors are brought in, a schedule is made, materials and tools are ordered, instructions are given to the personnel and so forth. The development phase is complete when implementation is ready to start.
IMPLEMENTATION
During this phase the project becomes visible to outsiders, to whom it may appear that the project has just begun. The implementation phase is the doing phase, and it is important to maintain the momentum.
